I went through this little hassle last month with a similar machine. I went
so far as calling the company's tech support from a phone number posted on
the side of the system. They made a few suggestions ( can you believe they
didn't know a definite answer of how to get into their own machines!?!),
plus a few came from members of the list. None of them worked, however
here's a few common keystrokes:

F1, F2, F5, CTRL-ESC, SHIFT-ESC, CTRL-ALT-ESC. These have gotten me into a
few "older" systems.
