I live in Mercer County, New Jersey and went to visit three libraries so
far. The first was obviously the New Jersery Library for the Blind and
Handicapped. I also went to visit the Headquarters of Mercer County
Public Library Systems located on Darrah Lane in Lawrence, New Jersey.
This library had a system called V View for people who are visually
impaired but didn't know who had used it since its inception. The other
library I went to visit is my hometown library, Hamilton Township Public
Library. They didn't have any services tailored to people with visual
impairments. Of course, they said well, we have audio books and the
application for the NJ LIbrary for the Blind and Handicapped.
Maybe you can find others that have more than the two libraries listed
above. I sincerely hope that somewhere in New Jersey there are libraries
who provide services to all their users in the community!
