Robert Hunter's excellent post, of the 16th, on Fats and Carbohydrates
leaves only one point to be made.

The difference between the "bad" foods, which produce obesity, heart
disease, cancer, etc -- and good healthy foods is, quite simply;

***   the difference between "processed" foods and whole natural foods.

The essence of the Paleo-diet -- or of any healthy diet -- is to stay
away from modern "processed" foods.
