Unfortunately on an OPEN list it can be abused easily, but probably the
best response, if such a message does get thru, then ignore and delete it
without response to the list, frustrating as it may be to just sit on your
hands and bite the bullet.

Sending a private email to the offender would be a better option than
expressing your displeasure to the whole list, if you wish, CC me also or
direct your comment to me privately.
