I am using an HP 6020I cd-writer, and just recently switched to WINNT 4.0
from win95 osr2.  The problem is, I can disable automatic starting of
CD-Roms, but the OS still probes the drive to see if there is a new
disk.  Is there a quick and dirty way to disable auto-insert
notification?  I couldn't seem to find registry key that corresponds with
this feature.
