This cross post is for widest distribution possible and this has a long
history which I will not go into here but at last, we have something we
can provide to those not using the internet concerning this potentially
highly usefull technology.

Subject: Tucson 2002 audiotapes (sensory substitution)

Hi All,

For your information. I received a message from the company
Conference Recording Service, Inc., saying that at last they
have the audio tapes of the April 2002 Tucson conference on
Consciousness available. You will find the tapes and prices
listed at the URL

   http://www.conferencerecording.com/newevents/tsc22.htm

The two audio tapes covering the first plenary session (001)
titled "Sensory Substitution I: Visual Consciousness in Blind
Subjects?" by Paul Bach-y Rita, Peter Meijer and Pat Fletcher,
are listed at $20. The audio tape for the second plenary session
(002) titled "Sensory Substitution II: Neural Plasticity in
Crossmodal Perception" by Mriganka Sur and Alva Noë is listed
at $12.00. The conference code is TSC22. Ordering details are
given at the URL

   http://www.conferencerecording.com/olorder.htm

Best wishes,

Peter Meijer
