It occurred to me, based on the last question, that the real intent of the 
survey might be to determine whether or not there was sufficient interest 
in some financial institution creating a service targeted at blind 
customers.
Thus, if AFB has been approached in this way, all of the rest of the info 
could be totally disregarded but only the last question focused on.
Just a possibility.
