Hi all,
Well, I'm coming to the experts for this one.
My friend, Dave, (who is on this list but can't post right now), has a duzy of a problem and I need help to help him solve it.
He's using a Dell laptop computer, using Windows XP Home, and for some reason when he does email his computer locks up again and again. However, here's the strange part, anywhere else on the web, it's fine. He has no problem anywhere else accept with email. He uses SAFe-mail as I do for email but I don't have lockup problems. It locks up no matter what browser or screen reader he uses.
Now, I will say he had a virus and he had to reinstall Windows XP and all the software this week.
So, any help you all could give me to help Dave would be appreciated.
Harry
