have you tried pressing the F11 (view full screen) key or going into the View menu and playing with the print sizes? (I assume you are using Windows). You could also try going into Internet Explorer's (I assume you're using that too) and changing the size of the print when the program starts.

The only other suggestion I would have is having your spouse check to see if there is something that is running at the same time that Internet Explorer is running that is blocking part of the screenfrom showing. Good luck!

When I'm in Windows Live Mail, my wife can't see the File, Edit, View, ... tool bar.
When I hit the Alt key it appears on the screen for her.  Is there anything I can do to make it show permanently?
