JoAnn Wilson was the former NFB state president in Louisiana and director
of the Louisiana Center for the Blind.  The center is NFB recognized and
does such ACB no no's as requiring students to wear sleepshades during
training.

It should be noted that the previous two directors of the Rehabilitation
Services Administration have been NFB state presidents.  Fred Schroder,
who was RSA director during the Clinton years, was the former president
of the NFB of New Mexico and Nell Carney, who was RSA Commissioner during
the presidency of George Herbert Walker Bush, was the president of the
NFB of Tennessee.
