Hi gang,

I have a couple of questions for you.
The first one is that we have a Verizon wireless card that will not connect.
It says that the modem is already in use or cannot be detected. It is
plugged in and ready to go, and we have tried unplugging it.
The second error message is that when I try to install something, I get a
message that says the procedure entry point cannot be located. Does anyone
know what may be wrong, and how to fix it?
