I was about to go and get the upgrade this afternoon, but with what
happened to you I am thinking probably not a good idea.  Did they indicate
to you if it was a software problem that screwed up your phone or if it was
just one of those things?  I really need my phone.  Did they tell you when
the new hardware was suppose to come out?
Any input much appreciated.
