Harry,
I'd normally recommend that you try the latest version of Internet 
Explorer but I'm not sure if your version of JAWS supports IE11. I have 
some questions.
Did the problem just start or has it always behaved like this, reading 
many blank lines?
Have you tried using Firefox?
