The phone calls that tell you to update your Windows licenses are a 
scam. Your license for Windows doesn't expire, assuming you're running 
an official version of the operating system. Your license for things 
like Office 360 do expire, but wen the expiration date gets close, you 
get emails to the account associated with your Microsoft account. When 
the date is even closer, a notice pops up on the screen when you launch 
an Office app.
