And, by the way, "I didn't know," must be eliminated.

I have contacted Zoomerang and spoken with "technical advisors" (glorified
salespersons) about potentially purchasing one of their surveys and told
them accessibility was required.  I also told them I had never met a
Zoomerang survey that I felt was accessible.

They told me they'd "push the call up" and get back to me.

This was in 2000 (A.D.)

I haven't yet heard back!
The E-mail address that I provided is still in use and the phone number I
provided still forwards info and calls to me.
So,
we can reasonably assume that
"They don't care!"
