Well, IMHO, the best way is to use an accessible IMAP client, such as
Thunderbird, the Mail app on IOS, Type Mail on Android and so on. The
Gmail web interface is also usable, but I don't find it as efficient as
using an accessible app or desktop client. If you could let us know how
you want to access your mail, like what device and what operating
system/screen reader, you're using, we could give more specific information.
If you want to manage your account, settings, access to other Google
services, then you'll need to do that on line with a browser and a
screen reader. I use Orca with Firefox under Linux, and I don't have
much trouble with it, and I would assume other browser and screen reader
combinations work just as well if not better. Again, more information on
what you're trying to do would help us provide more specific information.
