Hi All,
Harry here.
I have a friend that uses Window eyes 4.5 and it is not reading system information. He's using Windows XP home Edition.
The stetps we followed are as follows.
we went to system information and pressed enter and it didn't saying anything.
then we pressed f1 and it didn't read anything.
Then, we pressed f6 and it didn't speak anything about ram and that's what he wants to know, he wants to know how much ram he has on his computer.
Will somebody tell me step by step how to go from system information step by step to where it reads information about the system?
I know that I can do it on my windows 98SE machine by going to system information and pressing enter and then I can down arrow and it will read everything.
I'm frustrated here.
Harry
