Hi Guys,
My name is Woody and I am currently going blind from RP, I have been a
Computer Tech for 5 years and Broadcast Engineer for 13 Years before that.I
probably have some information that will be useful to others as I enter this
new world :)

I am starting a computer based information resource for the blind community
here, it seems the local state agencies and non profits are too busy
scheduling feel good meetings to offer much in real resources to our
community so We'll do it for ourselves. Anyways, I would really appreciate
any help in this endeavor that anyone can offer. I have several areas that
some one of You might be able to contribute in.

1. Server Space for Web pages and Domain

2. Assistance in setting up a chat room on the Web Page

3. Information Sources both on the Web and off that would be good as
Links and News Sources.

4. Help determining how to get the word out to the blind community other
than word of mouth.

5. Help organizing a bi-monthly coffee group or lunch for face to face
gathering.

Anyone who feels they have ANYTHING to contribute is most welcome to contact
me directly at [log in to unmask] this address has been setup for this
purpose only and several people will be checking it. Any personal
correspondence should go to my hotmail account [log in to unmask]
Thank You All in advance for any assistance received.
