just so, i went back to the ny times article when another brought up the
same thing.   in part i was replying to a message about the topic which
had win 2000 in the subject, but you are correct.   it will be interesting
to see how the change in development of access will now shake out, now
that microsoft has returned to a multi version approach to operating
systems.   does this give more leverage to blind concerns and how will it
affect the makers of screen readers?
