"You know there is more on the world wide web then
just Internet Explorer and Netscape (aka Internet
Exploder [KABOOM!!] and Netscrape [OUCH!] for many).
The purpose of the web is accessibility and
conformance to standards so people can use whatever
browser they like. The point of this site is to show
what sort of browsers are out there so people are
aware of the options they have. Yes, there is a choice
of browser applications for your computer! From PC's
running Windows, to Unix machines, Amigas (pity for
those who own them!) and beyond, there are always
options, and we hope to show you what some of them are
so you can make an informed decision when you go to
pick your default browser."
