That's not a strange msg at all and generally occurs if the link isn't 
working for whatever reason.
Always, in a situation such as this, try several times before giving up 
and on 2 or 3 occasions.
Sometimes the server is overloaded and just cannot handle another customer 
-- like no tables at a restaurant until a few customers leave.
Other times, the link is just plain broken.
