Can anyone direct me to a good tutorial or reference for keyboard
commands 
in Word 2007? It's very frustrating when you have to virtually learn a 
program all over again. Microsoft has changed most of the shortcut keys,

especially those that begin with alt. Luckily, some are still the same.
