Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me with something.
I downloaded IE5 customised by my university. It seems fine except I
now have an active desktop (whatever that is) which I thought I'd turned
off as I heard it's better for screen access that way. But things are
happening differently - when I go into my computer, for example, I used
to press alt f4 to shud the whole thing down but now all that does is
shut the folder down and I have to keep to pressing it until all the
places I've been looking in are shut down. Also, I can't get the focus
onto the desktop by pressing the windows key and then escape - it just
goes back to where I was before. There are options for viewing as web
page which I've turned off. Does anyone know what's going on? Any help
appreciated. Thanks.

Catherine
