Here's part of a press release from 2010 that says it should be accessible
nowadays. Curious that your friend's having trouble. I've learned in past
years, though, it might simply be that your friend doesn't yet know JFW well
enough to work it smoothly. Meaning it may, but also may not be, a problem
with the Blackboard system. No offense meant to your friend. It's just, all
too often, that the user is at least part of the problem. Anyway, here's
