Hi Jeff,  

Funny you should ask, I've been trying to determine if 
Cute PDF or
Foxit Reader 2.3 for Windows

are accessible because they will allow you to convert a filled in fillable PDF form.

I've had no luck finding out though...
Does anyone else know?
