Hi Diane.

I know this may sound dumb, but have you tried Windows+Enter? That's the key combination used to start Narrator in Windows 10. Of course, if you're not hearing even the Windows intro sound after you reboot, then my entire line of thinking goes right out the window.

Hi Everyone,

I upgraded to Windows 10 and thought I would have speech with Narrator but couldn't start it. Now the installation is complete but still no sound. I understand that the volume is at 100%, the speakers are on and nothing is muted. What can I do to get audio. All wisdom appreciated. Thanks.

Diane
