Hi there,
The one I have is an Olympus DM4. It's voice output is pretty good.
Mine talked right out of the box. It has folders. The reason I
bought this one in particular is its recording fidelity is very high
so it can record music very well. I've been very happy with it,
though it's around $300. Not sure how much you want to spend, but I
love mine. There's a great podcast on Blindcooltech.org about it, or
at least there was a couple years ago. They actually demonstrate how
it works on the podcast. Hope this helps.
Catherine
