Hi!

I just wanted to let you know that advocating for changes in visual
verification has become easier lately.

Although some services require a person to get a call back from the entity
using the verification Hotmail now has an audio that will play the picture
for you.

When you are advocating then, you can refer to the Hotmail site as one which
enhanced the process so that it can be independently used by screen reader
users.
