  Until 2 months ago I was very happy with Outlook Express & Windows XP, but
then my desktop died, and I now have a Sonyy laptop running Windows 7 with
JAWS 11 or 12 and Outlook or Live Mail, neither of which seems to permit the
creation of new mail folders nor moving e-mail into such folders.

  I hope someone on this list can tell me how to do these two thingssolely
with keystrokes in either Outlook or Live Mail.
