Hi Doreen. I tried responding personally but am being told that my email address is 'blacklisted' so here is a response to the group. I hope this helps you. 

Quick Time is a product of Apple but will play on Windows. 
The mov format can only be played by Quick Time. If you don't want to 
install Quick Time on your machine, you can do a search for software 
that will convert MOV format to WMV or mpg which windows will play.
