Hello all!

RE: the recent ruling from the 11th Circuit Southern Florida District
dismissing the ADA suit Robert Gumpson and Access Now brought against
Southwest Airlines regarding inaccessibility of their web site.

Can someone help me find out what Southwest says is WHY they don't make
their site accessible?

The reason they gave for asking the court to dismiss the case was that a web
site is not a PLACE and therefore not subject to the ADA. What I want to
know is why they chose to spend money fighting the case that they could've
spent on making the site accessible. The latter choice makes more sense
commercially...

Thanks!

Warm Regards,
