Subject: day by day faq

Hello.

We have recieved several emails from users having difficulty getting Day by
Day to work / appear. We have traced this out to be a system tray issue with
certain screen readers not supporting access to the Windows System tray.
Please read our newly added day by day FAQs found at:

http://www.blindsoftware.com/dbd_faq.asp

We also talk about the 15 day trial period ending, saving notes, and a few
other frequently asked questions so please check it out ASAP. Thanks for all
the positive feedback!

The blindsoftware.com team!
