Hi All,

How do you emulate the delete key when your keyboard doesn't have del?

I recently bought a 9-inch Windows tablet with keyboard case. It's a
low-specs cheapy, which I got for throwing in my bag and taking with me
without feeling like I'm hauling yet another thing. Generally speaking,
I really like it because it does exactly what I hoped it would do. The
only real problem I'm having is that the keyboard, which is a 65%
keyboard doesn't have a delete key. This keyboard is basically the part
of a keyboard where the letters and number row are plus the four arrow
keys. I use the FN key to turn the number row into function keys, and I
also use FN with the arrow keys to get home, end, page-up, and
page-down, but I haven't figured out how to turn something else into a
Delete key.

Information on the web tells me I should be able to use fn+backspace,
but this isn't working. My fn key works well except when the shift key
is in the mix (then it's hit and miss). The little booklet that came
with the tablet doesn't say anything about how to make the del key happen.

Any other suggestions?

Ciao
