I received an offer to have me subscribed to a topica.com list reguarding
"tagline" apparrently some kind of universal communications system?

There was no personal name associated with this message, and no other identifying
information except the topica subscribe info.

Being a generally suspicious and synical type, I did not reply.

has anybody heard of "tagline" in this relm of doings/
