Out of the blue, Marion is receiving thousands of messages; we noticed the 
date of May on some.  I tried finding where one checks or unchecks about 
leaving messages on server. I could not find it.    Since we do not travel, 
it is not necessary to do this so would like to fix it so messages are not 
left on server.  I am writing and ask you to write to me with solution as we 
are having to delete messages frequently on Marion's computer as he is 
getting thousands of what apparently are old messages.
