This happens once in a while with the Braille Sense. The fix is to do a
hard reset. Press the right arrow and hold it while you press the reset
button for two seconds. That fix has solved this same problem for me.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Wi-Fi wowse with the Braille Sense U2

Hi all, I have done many things to troubleshoot this problem I am about to
describe, and nothing seems to work.
Yesterday I started having a problem where the Braille Sense will see
one Wi-fi network that I don't use or have access to and it won't see
anything else. It takes it forever to find the network I have saved to it,
and that is my own Wi-fi and I was just wondering if there is a bug or
something that is preventing the unit from seeing other networks?
