Which should in no way imply that the use of dos type operating systems
is by any means dead!

I know many engineers who still use dos as I do, sighted as well as blind.

It is fast, it is simple, and for many applications, it is just as effective
in actually getting work done as anything else.

Personal opinion only, just couldn't resist.
