Hello list,
I also began to use Fire Fox and having problems with my favorite after I
exported them into Firefox.  In Internet Explorer they were in folders and
in a certain order, now is just a list. Does anyone have any idea how to
change the order so it looks like the one in IE?

establish a permanent search engine choice on FireFox; glad to report it

Chris, I am on a windows 7 machine, have the latest version of Mozilla.
Thankfully, it was not anymore complicated than typing about:# as directed.
