Hi.  I'm hoping someone can help.  I just upgraded my Win98 to the second
edition, and now none of my hotkeys work.  They still show up under
Properties for each program, but they don't actually work.  Did the upgrade
change some setting somewhere that doesn't allow hotkeys?  Any help would
be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
