Windows Defender from Microsoft and SuperAntiSpyware. The free version 
of SuperAntiSpyware doesn't check for updates automatically and doesn't 
automatically perform scans, but you can do everything manually. I don't 
run Windows Defender anymore, and I didn't see a URL for 
SuperAntiSpyware, but I'm sure you can find it with Google or Yahoo. If 
not, I'll take a look and see if I can find it.
