I was trying to read the famous Star report and logued onto two different
websites: WNYC.ORG, and CBS,COM.

For each, I was able to read the document, but only up to the heading
Summary.

Then the document ended. I know that there is a lot more and that the
website said that it had the complete 445 page report. Why did I get only
the beginning - up to the same point - at both sites?

More importantly, does anybody know of a website that has the full report
and did anybody else have the same problem that I had?
