Hi. I'm hoping I can get some support on this from this list. I just
downloaded a program called Voquette, from voquette.com, which is supposed
to allow you to capture streaming audio. This sounded like a really neat
program. Unfortunately, it seems to be totally graphical. I just called
the company at (877) 43-AUDIO and asked if they had keyboard support for
the program and was told no, they didn't, and that I was the first blind
person to call them. The tech person described the first screen as a
square with a basket in it, into which you're supposd to drag and drop your
audio files/URL's. When I enter the program with JFW, I can't even tell
that there's anything on the screen. I asked about menus and was told that
no, there are no menus, just buttons, which appear to be unlabeled.

I thought that since so many blind people are into realaudio, this program
might be useful. I was told that if I wrote to [log in to unmask] with
suggestions on improvements to the design of the program, they would pass
the message along to their design people. So if anyone is interested in
pursuing this at all, I know I'd really appreciate it, and I would think
that many other blind people would, too. Also, if anyone's used this
program before and has any ideas for how to navigate it, I'd appreciate
hearing from you. Thanks.
Rachel
