usually; but not in every application.  The Shift + F10 is (same as) the 
right-mouse context menu.  Sometimes programmers have more functionalities 
added into the Applications 'menu' than the context menu.

So is the shift + f10 the context menu do the same thing at the application
key? it brings up the same menu?

The application key is  on the right side of my keyboard ,between the
control and flying windows key.
