Hello Stan, Eddie and All,

Thank you Stan for the tip.  It worked great.  The setting did bring up the
list.  I actually took it a step further and hit CRTL+2 to bring up the
folder list again (at least I think that is what is happening), arrowed down
to my shared calendar again , hit enter then tab and found myself back in
the original view, now reading all appointments. 
This is exactly what I was trying to accomplish.
