I think the isps should rethink their logic. there are lots of topica
lists and I get no spam from or connected with them. Yahoo on the other
hand is a different matter.

Nice idea for a list, but a lot of us won't be able to join it. Quite a
number of ISP's, including the one I use, has blocked all messages
coming in
from, or going out to, topica.com on the grounds that that domain is a
nest
for spam and scam artists. I was on three different lists at
topica.com,
and for some reason, any messages to them have all stopped coming in,
and I
have not even been able to get any replies back whenever I send anything
out
to anybody or anything at topica.com.
Please consider moving the list to smartgroups.com instead.
