cannot expand the settings in Google Chrome

Hi all,

Well folks, I'm using Windows 10, version 1809, and Jaws 2018, and 
Google Chrome version 73.0.3683.86.

When I go to the settings page, down at the bottom of the page, it says 
heading button collapsed advanced.

I went back to the top of the settings page, and then pressed b till I 
found the button for advanced, and pressed enter, and it did not expand, 
and the advanced settings page did not come up.

Anyone have any other ideas?
