I tried the link but could find the download.  So did a google search for
opera web browser. Finally found the download page, after some problems, and
downloaded the program and installed it.  Went looking for the voice
feature, but couldn't find it.  At last I check the help about menu and
discovered by version didn't have voice available. I was little annoyed at
this.  Does one have to buy the $39 version to get voice features?
