Not to worry..

Important files are located in the c:\windows or c:\windows\systems or
c:\windows\system32. This is not to say that there are no other critical files.
The file in question might have been downloaded from the net when you tried to
install any program. Some programs use the C:\windows\download directory. It is
always a good idea to clear all fiels from that directory. No core files will
be held there.
