I'm guessing you're using JAWS for Windows with Internet Explorer.  When
you get to such a list, use the "Alt-down-arrow" key to open up the list.
Navigate the list with the up and down arrow keys, and once you get to the
item you want, just tab away from the list and that's when the new page
will be reloaded.  I hope this helps!

  I'm seeing some web pages which seem to reload each time I either
arrow or tab down to a link.  It seems to reload and start at the top
again.  How di solve this problem?  Thank You.
