Hi Everet and all,

Firstly thanks, I avoided everything and have Windows two thousand on my
other PC still, couldn't decide between Windows seven and ten and so my
brother, who is sighted, eventually decided for me though I avoided Windows
eight though my brother recommended it. To get back to the actual matter at
hand, I think Everet's way in Windows 8.1 also still works in Windows ten
because I tried now and it immediately spoke an attachment name I had,
however, I realise I'm not quite clear, I actually mean the shortcut for
retrieving an attachment from the PC as in a Word document or something as I
send these as part of my work and always seem to go long ways around so how
can I find a Word attachment I wish to send in a brand new message?

Thanks.

Subject: RE: [VICUG-L] PLEASE SHORTCUT KEYS FOR ATTACHMENT IN OUTLOOK 2016

Hi Ricky,

I have thus far avoided Win10, but in Win8.1 at least, I simply open the
email, and perform a Shift+Tab to get up into the Attachment field, arrow
right or left to find what I want there, and hit Enter to open it if it's
from someone I trust. Then if I want to save it, I do a SaveAs. Which is
Alt+f,a.

It only shows that attachment field when there aftually is an attachment.
Let me know if that no longer works, in Win10, please,

HTH,
Everett

Hi

Please tell me the shortcut keys for retrieving an attachment in Outlook
2016 using Windows ten, is it alt-f-f-a or something like that?

Thanks.
